Please read these terms of use ("Terms") before accessing our website www.applayouts.com ("Website").
The Website is operated by DesignTech SIA, a limited liability company that is registered in Latvia with the registration number: 41203070016 ("DesignTech").
By accessing the Website, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Terms.
Free Products
The Website offers digital products ("Products") that you can access for free ("Free Products") as long as you comply with the terms that are outlined in Section 4 of the Terms.
Premium Products
Before getting an access to some of the Products which require a purchase ("Premium Products"), you will have to purchase the Premium Products from our store ("Store") on Lemon Squeezy, a platform that we use to host and sell the Products ("Lemon Squeezy"). You can read the terms of Lemon Squeezy here: www.lemonsqueezy.com/terms.
Prior to 16th of March 2024, we were using Gumroad platform to host and sell the Products ("Gumroad"). You can read the terms of Gumroad here: gumroad.com/terms. Please note that you can still access the previously purchased Products on Gumroad, but we no longer accept new sales in our store on Gumroad as of 16th of March 2024.
Once purchased, you can download and use the Premium Products as long as you comply with the terms that are outlined in Section 4 of the Terms.
For refunds, please refer to Section 6 of the Terms.
License
Our license ("License") offers an individual license ("Individual License") that allows for an individual use of the Premium Products, as well as a team license ("Team License") that gives the permission to share the Premium Products with up to ten (10) people on the team.
The License allows to modify and use the Products in personal and commercial projects, however, it is not allowed to resell or redistribute the Products.
AppLayouts Pro
AppLayouts Pro or AppSources Pro if you have made the purchase before 16th of March 2024 ("Pro") is a one-off purchase that can be purchased from the Store that gives an access to all of the current Premium Products and any of the future Premium Products forever as long as you comply with the terms that are outlined in Section 4 of the Terms.
For refunds, please refer to Section 6 of the Terms.
Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase of the Premium Products or the Pro, you can request a full refund within fourteen (14) days after your purchase via an email at info@applayouts.com.
Since the Premium Products can be downloaded before requesting a refund, please just note that it is strictly prohibited to use the Premium Products that you have already downloaded in case if you have received a refund for these Premium Products or the Pro from us.
Non-Exclusive Assets
Some of the assets, such as, but not limited to, fonts and icons that are used in the Products might not be owned or created by us ("Non-Exclusive Assets"). We will always try our best to identify the Non-Exclusive Assets in the listings of the Products in the Store, however, it is your responsibility to ensure that you are allowed to use the Non-Exclusive Assets in your desired use case.
Limited Liability
All of the Products are provided on an 'AS IS' basis and without any warranty. Your use of the Products is at your sole risk and to the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall DesignTech, or its officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, or assigns be liable for damages resulting from any loss arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Products including, without limitation, loss of use, loss of time, inconvenience, commercial loss, or lost profits.
The Products can be used by the users of the Website ("Users") to create other products, such as, but not limited to, mobile applications, desktop applications, and websites ("User-Created Products"). DesignTech does not monitor, control, or take responsibility for any User-Created Products. The Users are solely responsible for their own User-Created Products and the consequences of making them available to third parties.
Governing Law
The Terms are governed by the laws of Latvia.
