How can I organize tasks?

Every task in Doneit requires a category because it’s the main type of lists that tasks are organized into. Smart categories can be useful when you would like to filter your tasks by various criteria, such as whether or not they have reminders enabled, when they are due, what tags they are part of, and more. You can use tags to add an extra level of organization to your tasks. You can assign multiple tags to a task or a subtask. Priorities can help you prioritize some of your tasks over the others, but statuses can be very handy when viewing your tasks in a kanban board. For example, you can have a status for tasks that you are working on right now, as well as one for tasks that you have already completed. Doneit also offers the ability to create custom board sections for each of your task lists (Excluding smart categories). These types of lists are called pre-set attributes in Doneit, but you can also create your own custom attributes and values for them that you will then be able to assign to your tasks and subtasks. For example, you can create an attribute called ‘Importance’ and add various values to it, such as ‘Must be done today’ or ’Not so important’.
