Does ScreenPlace support multiple desktops?

ScreenPlace applies window sizes and positions on the desktop that you are currently on. You can apply windows on another desktop once you switch to it, but ScreenPlace doesn't move windows between desktops. You can also configure a desktop to automatically switch to when you switch to a specific workspace, and a workspace to automatically switch to when switching to this desktop, on the screen for adding or editing a workspace. If you have the Displays have separate Spaces option enabled in the settings of your Mac, you can select a desktop for each of your displays.
