What is the preview overlay and how can I use it?

The preview overlay is a visual indicator that shows where a window will be placed on your screen. When editing a window, you can drag this overlay to change the position of the window, as well as resize it - it works in a similar way as window resizing on macOS. This allows you to adjust the position and size of the window without having to input exact values manually.
